UK Terms & Conditions
Booking terms and conditions for Inside Out Skiing Clinics and Private Lessons at UK based Snowdomes
Payment - All clinics and private lessons must be booked in advance and full payment made at the time of booking.
Cancellations - If you need to cancel and provide us with 7 days notice you will be refunded in full. For cancellations with less than a weeks notice we will give you a shop credit that you can apply to a future course booking.
No shows - or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not refundable or changeable.
Delays - If you are delayed due to traffic, weather etc..
If you are on a group clinic just meet us on the slope when you arrive, if you can't find us on the slope we will be in the coffee bar on a break.
If you are on a private lesson and we are notified prior to your lesson start time that you are delayed we will always to try to be flexible and delay your session start time as long as we can. This is not always possible should we have other clients booked in. If we cannot accommodate moving your private lesson start time forward we will start the lesson as soon as you arrive and continue until our next booking, we will change your slope access time so you have the full time on slope.
We cannot offer partial refunds for missing time on your course.
If you feel your delay is just too long you MUST notify us by mobile telephone that you will not be attending that day. We can then offer you a 50% credit of your session fee that can be used for any future bookings with us. If we are not notified by mobile phone we will consider you a no show and will be unable to offer any refund.
Equipment - Hire of skis, boots, poles and helmets are included within your course fee. You are of course free to use your own equipment. Ski jackets and trousers can be hired from The Snow Centre (London) at additional cost and gloves can be purchased on site.
Minimum Numbers - Should a full day group clinic have only one or two people booked on it we will run the course as an extended private session consisting of two 90 minute sessions on the slope with video review during a break in between. We find that with only one or two people a full day with three 90 minute sessions is too intense and counterproductive. Your slope pass will be remain valid for the full day and you can use the remaining time to practice and consolidate the days coaching.
